How minutes work
In Xakrom you pay for minutes of conversation, not for sessions: you decide how to share them between practice, guidance and the follow-up.
Your 60 minutes a month
- As a guide, a full practice takes around 18 minutes.
- Minutes renew every month, and unused minutes don't carry over.
- Every minute of voice counts: practice, guidance and the follow-up.
- If you run out in the middle of a conversation, you finish it; the difference comes off the next month.
If you need more
- Extra bundles of 60 minutes a month at a 5% discount.
- One-off top-up of 30 minutes: €14.70 (€0.49 per minute). Valid for twelve months.
- Both options are available on Essential and Pro.

Answers to the most common questions.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no commitment: if you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for, and then you move to Free, with everything you have created still there for you.
How do I sign up for a plan?
When places open, you create a Free account and choose your plan from inside the app. Until then, join the waiting list and we'll let you know.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices exclude tax, which is calculated for your country when you pay.

What if I want it for my organisation?
For companies there is Business: cases from your own organisation, corporate reports, per-seat pricing and annual contracts. We agree it with you through the organisations page.
